Welcome to bb44r. By accessing or using any part of the bb44r platform — including the website at bb44r.net, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account features accessible therethrough — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the bb44r platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of bb44r following the publication of any amended version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

bb44r reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to the address held on their account. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their registered email address is current and accessible.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where a term appears in capitalised form within the body of this document, it carries the meaning assigned to it below.

Access to and use of the bb44r Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bb44r operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at any time you access or use the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bb44r or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by bb44r for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or underage gambling.

Age Verification (KYC)

bb44r conducts age and identity verification as part of its KYC process. All Players are required to submit satisfactory documentary evidence of their age and identity before their first withdrawal is processed and at any point bb44r reasonably requests such verification. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. bb44r reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory.

Where automated age-estimation tools indicate that a Player may be under 18, bb44r will immediately suspend that Account pending manual verification. All deposits and wagers placed during the suspension period will be held and will not be returned until verification is completed.

One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the bb44r Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple simultaneous Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds held therein.

Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. bb44r relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming communications. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to [email protected] and may require supporting documentation before they are applied.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bb44r will never ask you to share your password with any member of its team. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bb44r immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bb44r will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or your failure to report a suspected breach promptly.

Account Currency

All bb44r Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. bb44r does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not offered through the Platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

bb44r accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary at any given time. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your Account after login.

Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit on bb44r is ৳500. The maximum single deposit is ৳100,000. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day to clear depending on the sending institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned to source (less any applicable transfer fees charged by the payment provider) and may trigger a full account review.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours of the withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Specific maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are displayed in the cashier panel and are subject to periodic review.

Before any withdrawal is processed, bb44r may require the Player to complete KYC verification and to provide evidence that the destination payment account is registered in the Player's own name. bb44r reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Declined Transactions

bb44r is not responsible for transaction failures caused by the Player's payment provider, mobile network operator, or bank. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account but before the credit appears in your bb44r balance, contact support immediately at [email protected] with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. bb44r will investigate and, where confirmed by the payment provider, credit the funds manually within 48 hours.

bb44r offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable as real money. Players must complete all applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of funds that include any portion derived from Bonus Funds.

Bonus Abuse

bb44r actively monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion more than once, exploiting software errors or misconfigured odds to generate guaranteed profits, coordinated wagering between related accounts, and placing low-variance wagers designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure. Where bb44r determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the Account.

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account balance automatically. bb44r is under no obligation to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the expiry date stated in the promotion's terms at the time the bonus was claimed.

All games available on the bb44r Platform — including slot games, live casino table games, card games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By launching any game on the Platform, the Player agrees to be bound by that game's individual rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, and crash games) use certified random number generation algorithms that are independently audited for fairness. bb44r does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by game studios represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Sports Betting and Odds

Sports betting odds displayed on the bb44r Platform are set and managed by bb44r's internal pricing team or by licensed data feed providers. Odds are subject to change at any time up until the market is suspended at the start of the relevant event. Bets accepted before an odds change are settled at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was accepted, unless there has been an obvious error in pricing (see Manifest Error clause below).

Manifest Error

bb44r reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in odds, game configuration, or promotional terms that no reasonable person could have believed was intentional. Examples include but are not limited to: decimal odds of 1,000.00 being published for a strong betting favourite, or a slot game RTP being misconfigured to return well in excess of 100% due to a software error. bb44r will notify affected Players of any voided bets and return the original stake to their Account balance.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or an active sports bet, bb44r's system will attempt to complete the round or settle the bet in accordance with the game or market's standard resolution rules. For live casino table games, most providers' systems will auto-complete the hand or spin using the game's predetermined logic. For sports bets, the bet will stand and be settled according to the final result of the market, regardless of whether the Player was connected at the time of settlement. bb44r is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection due to the Player's internet connection or device failure.

By registering and maintaining an Account on bb44r, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to deposit funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. bb44r cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report any suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and card game formats. bb44r's fraud monitoring team actively screens for patterns consistent with collusion and chip-dumping.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, software tools, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform other than through its standard browser-based interface as intended for human users. Scraping odds data, automating bet placement, or manipulating the game client in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a deposit that was legitimately credited to your bb44r Account. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate permanent closure and legal recovery action for all amounts claimed.
• Abuse of Staff: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward bb44r support staff or any other Platform user through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or maintain an Account while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage access by a third party.

Voluntary Closure

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting bb44r support at [email protected]. Before the Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timelines. Any real-money Balance remaining after all pending withdrawals have been processed will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and the desired period clearly stated. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of bb44r receiving and confirming the request. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be possible. Involuntary Suspension and Closure by bb44r

bb44r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or third parties. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or a material breach, all Balances — including real-money and Bonus Funds — will be forfeited. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Balances will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity during that period. bb44r will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant Account balances, to the extent a balance exists. If a dormant Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players can reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any additional verification that may be required following the dormancy period.

Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether voluntary, due to self-exclusion, or involuntary — these Terms & Conditions continue to govern any outstanding matters including: settlement of pending bets, resolution of disputed transactions, return of eligible real-money balances, and any legal proceedings arising from activity that took place prior to closure. Closure of an Account does not extinguish either party's rights or obligations that arose before the date of closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb44r's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bb44r is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm.

bb44r does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without notice. bb44r is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability, provided that any bets accepted before unavailability began will be settled in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bb44r Platform — including but not limited to the bb44r brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bb44r or its licensed third-party providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bb44r.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account or any aspect of the bb44r Services, you should contact support at [email protected] in the first instance. bb44r aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. If you are not satisfied with bb44r's resolution of your complaint, further escalation options will be communicated to you as part of bb44r's formal dispute resolution correspondence.

Force Majeure

bb44r shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results directly from a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure affecting the Platform's ability to settle bets or process withdrawals, bb44r will communicate with affected Players by email and will resume normal operations as promptly as reasonably practicable once the Force Majeure event has passed.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of this agreement.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with bb44r's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy as published on bb44r.net, constitute the entire agreement between bb44r and the Player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.
